savage cocking ramps

i was wondering if anyone knew of a good article to learn how to adjust the cocking ramp angles on savage or remi actions.

I thought that i would add that i dont want comments like "you should leave that for the professionals"...ect., im just looking for info and no one knows what my experience is either.
im also from New Zealand where we dont sue each other for personal responsibility for something we did or didnt do.
