Polygonal rifleing- HELP

I recently took in a Schneider barrel on trade, and need to know more info on this type of rifleling. The blank is a brand new 13 twist .224 that has been fluted from the maker.
Please list any goods and bads that you know of. Thanks in advance.

Tony.
