night vision problem

night vision problem

Hello gents I just got a sightmark night raider.I need help please help.When i put the scope on rem740 woodsmaster 308.the scope sits to far forword can anyone tell me if there are bases that i can use.the scope needs to come back about 3in to 3 1/2in
