Need a smith for my Remington 700 ml ( it need a new barrel)

Like the title says, I am hoping one of you guys here has done a smokeless barrel conversion on a Remington 700 ml and wants to do it again. If so send me a pm and let's figure it out.

Jon

Question: since you will make this a "firearm" according to the ATF and it is currently not a firearm in its front stuffer condition will you need a smith with a manufactures license?

I try to take good care of people. Been fighting through some medical issues, so I'm a little back logged.

Also, here's a link to my Website.
