I need a machinist

I am absolutely determined to use a solid steel 20 MOA base for my 338 Edge build. There is only one. Ken Farrell. I am absolutely determined to use the best rings in the world for my 338 Edge build, Seekins Precision. The problem is that the recoil lug on the bottom of the rings is too wide to fit into the grooves in the top of the Farrell base. Can anyone recommend a machinist to mill the grooves just a bit wider than they are now?

    The lug is .197" and the groove is .181" measured with a dial caliper. I would guess that milling to .200 would work?
