I need HELP!!!

Hey I'm trying to find a gunsmith somewhere in Colorado that took an original REM 700 Sendero stainless fluted 7mmMag and turned it into a 7MM PRACTICAL/7MM-300winMag... I bought it off of gunbrokers.com about a year ago. I love the gun and just want to talk to him about what he has done to make this masterpiece.. If you have any info PLEASE!! let me know!! I Bought it from a man named Gary Mulkey.. If that helps.. Thanks Jesterg
