+1 on Jim See and Roy's correct in that your smith doesn't have to be close...just one that's at the top of his game. Kirby Allen's doing my build and based on where I live you can't get any further away in the continental US. Roy, I guess I'm similar to you in that if my smith was too close I'd probably be underfoot all the time and drive the smith crazy.
