Can you parkerize the inners? does any finish work on the bolt and inside of reciever?

Re: CM finish

I've had a few bolt NP3 coated by Robar Industries , its a matte grey finish thats self luberication and imperviuos to the elements , its very think and doesn't wear off , you might wear a shiney spot on it from ALOT of cycling but it still won't rust , and the entire bolt inside and out is coated
