CM finish

hey guys the blueing on my Wby Mark V absolutly sucks! i had the barrel and reciever mil-coated (dont know what kind) and it worked well on that. but the bolt keeps rusting. what finish works well on the bolt and inside of reciever? should i parkerize it? Can you parkerize the inners? does any finish work on the bolt and inside of reciever?
sorry if this subject has come up before (i looked and couldnt find).

I've had a few bolt NP3 coated by Robar Industries , its a matte grey finish thats self luberication and imperviuos to the elements , its very think and doesn't wear off , you might wear a shiney spot on it from ALOT of cycling but it still won't rust , and the entire bolt inside and out is coated
