CERAKOTE: Not just a savage anymore

Here's some pictures of my new .338 Lapua Savage. We just did the cerakote last week and I think it came out amazing. All the metal is Burnt Bronze with a little tungston mixed in to darken it up. The stock is graphite black. I wanted something simple and I couldn't be happier with the result. The only other upgrade for now is the bolt handle.

Right now I'm finishing up load work and it shoots a little under 1/2 MOA at 400 yards. My best group was 5/8" at 400. I'm shooting a 300 grain Berger with +/- 88 gr. RL 25 and Fed 215 primers. I haven't checked velocity yet. I'll do that when I settle on a load.

Please share paint jobs if you get the chance.

What model is that? Did you buy it or build it into a .338?

Thanks! Looks great!

The model is Savage 110 FCP HS PRECISION. The only thing I've added at this point is the cerakote and the bolt handle.
