I'll bet! I once busted the cyl. sleeve on a snowmobile dragster the day before a drag race (the cylinder was bored so far over that the O ring pressure from the head busted a chunk out of the inside) I used JB weld to glue everything back together by permanently bonding the o Ring into the groove and then bolting the head on before it cured. I put a heat lamp on it over night and not only won the open class the followng day but ran it for another two months before it came unglued!
