Anyone hear of this gunsmith?

Timothy connor at connor custom gunsmithing in new kensington, Pa.
Anyone hear of him or have work done by him?

The best thing to do is to find some of his customers and see what they have to say about his work and how good he is about meeting his schedules.

Talk to him and he can give you references and you may get a feel for how he treats his customers.
And ask to see some of his work.

I recommend that you should never pay 100% of the money before receipt of the work. It is customary to pay 50 % or the price of all parts but the labor should wait until he is through
with the work. This gives him incentive to finish on time .
