for starters remington extractors are a joke. go have a mini m-16 style extractor put on it. Secondly you may be over pressured or maybe a dirty chamber... but really a new extractor is a very worth while upgrade

Mike
Psi is ok, chamber good, brass is good,
What/who can I send it to for a m16 extractor install, just the bolt or whole rifle?
Getting flustrated with it.

send your bolt to kampfield customs he can do it for around $100 he will also flute the bolt for like $60 if you like. both are very cool bolt upgrades

He will need the barred action as the mini 16 extractors required the counter bore in the barrel to be opened up from .715 to .785ish. When installed properly a rem will rip a chuck brass out just like a sako or M16 style.
