257 Wby on a Springfield 1903 action ?

Can you build a 257 Wby on a 1903A action....?

kj, I haven't done it on a Springfield, but did one on a 98 Mauser. Had to open the bolt face, rework the extractor, and tune the rails to feed the .257 Wby. The mag well is long enough and I used the bullet follower as is. It might help to take some of the rib off the follower, but I didn't try it. Should be a good combination!. I used a factory dimension reamer.
