It shouldn't be a problem, but it depends on the rifle being used. It's similar in theory to Re-chambering a standard bbl to an Ackley improved chamber by setting back the bbl and cutting the improved chamber there bycleaning up the shoulder and throat.
You would have to either find a smith who has a .22 K-Hornet reamer or get one from a reamer Manufacturer like Pacific Tool and Gauge (site Sponser).
As far as cost, that depends on the gunsmith doing the chamber and the cost of the reamer.
It's quite a neat little cartridge. I've seen one in a Winchester Low wall single shot rifle once. They are really cool!
