Unofficial F class at Quantico

Quantico Marine Base is hosting some "unofficial" F class matches this year. ie shoot whatcha brung and shoot from bipods only!

Next one is 15 April, at 800, 900, and 1000. Unlimited sighters at 800 and 2 at 900 and 1000. I think either 15 or 20 shots at each distance not counting sighters.

For more updated info check out Snipers Hide under "Competititons and Training" forum.

Re: Unofficial F class at Quantico

I expect I will be there. It being tax day might interfer, but we will see.

If anyone wants to try competition shooting as a form of long range practice this is about as laid back as it gets. Being as its "unofficial" it is a good time to learn. I beleive we are scheduled to have paid target pullers this time.

Re: Unofficial F class at Quantico

Tomorrow (June 24) registration starts at 7:00, I believe.

They may allow the henpecked folks who can't get out of the house to zero their rifle ahead of time, to shoot a little from the 100 yard line.
