50 BMG needs help

my buddy just bought a m82A1 Berrett and after we have shot it and did some research it only shoots about 2 moa. can this be tighten up.
does anyone have any experience with this gun?

I've had some time behind those rifles. There are a lot of factors that go in to making any rifle shoot well.

Need more information. Load, optics, and rings would be helpful.
