Ether Bunny

A box showed up on my front porch today. I looked around but didnít see anybody who could have left it there. Maybe it was dropped by the Ether Bunny. I opened it up and there was a really weird contraption inside that seemed to have something to do with pigs. I thought maybe it attached to a blender being as some people suggest blender blades are good for killing animals but to my dismay the bolt hole were not right on the blender. Then I thought maybe it had to do with shooting pigs with drill bits, so I went out to the garage and got my rusty ole Craftsman drill and a 338 bit but even after I got the contraption duct taped on the drill, I didn't have enough extension cord to go hog hunting.

Finally, I untaped the device and put it in the box on a shelf and I will ponder for a while about what this device actually will fit on. Who knows, maybe the Ether Bunny will drop off another box for me in a couple of days.

"Spot Hogg"?? Maybe one of the women in the house ordered it for removing "spots" in the carpet.

The pins are 0.010. I am hoping that they will behave much like a fine crosshair and give a precise aiming point at long range. Some people have said that with a fast bow, seven pins will get you to 110 yards and perhaps even more. Probably depends upon arrow weight. We shall see when more boxes get here.

Nice sight. I didn't know .010 dia. pins were available. Your eye sight must be way better than mine. I don't even get along with .019 pins but sixty yards is where I spend almost all my practice time. You fellows that shoot groups out to 100 yards have my admiration.

You misunderstand me. I have not set up a new bow in about 8 or 10 years and have not shot a bow in at least two years. This is a new beginning for me. I have done about everything with a rifle that a reasonable person would do and all that is left for me with a rifle are the feats like making a kill at 1500 yards or a mile. I will rifle hunt one more year and then switch back to bowhunting.

Bob Nice you will love the 7 pin. I got to wonder about your title however? Do you know who the "EATHER BUNNY" was?
