I've been looking at 308's so that will probably be next. The problem with shooting squirrels with my 204 is that IF i miss, that bullets going a lonnngggg way. No squirrel is going to sit still on the ground long enough to get a shot on them. So i find the best way to get them is with my dog and a rimfire. She puts them up in a tree for me so they stay put and I just squeeze the trigger.

    If they are looking at you and you hit them with the 204 and a 40 gr vmax it not exactly meat freindly!! its kinda like shooting a p-dog with a 30-06 and 180 AC!!!!
