Just a suggestion that might work for you until you can locate a replacement.
If full field of view isn't real critical, you could maybe slide the scope forward in the mounts to eliminate alot of parallax. This would "force" her eye to center in the scope and works effectively to reduce a large amount of parallax. Field of view is smaller, but the eye has to be centered to see through the scope.
Don't know if this is an option in your case, but it's a possibility.
