Konus typically makes cheaper scopes. While they will work for a .22 mag with no issue, I would rather put my money in something solid.
For $100 more or so you could get a Nikon that is dedicated and offers the drop reticle you want. This NIKON ProStaff 3-9x40 Rifle Scope, BDC Reticle, Matte Black (6722)
would be my choice, because with the spot on program that is free on Nikon's website you can enter your rifle and round information and find out exactly what yardage each BDC mark is set for.
