Load for .45 LRH

I purchased a .45 Green Mountain LRH barrel for my T/C Renegade. The barrel has a 1:30 twist. I am looking for some info on a bullet/powder loads. This is my first .45 and plan to install a rear tang sight eventually. Thanks.

Barry
