There is one factory setup I have used that would do the trick. That would be a Remington Sendero in 25-06. Brass is plentiful and cheap. 750yrd shots are doable with the right optics and lot of practice. I am not a Remington fan - why buy a rifle action that often needs truing and other machine work when you can buy a Barnard action that is perfect to start with? That being said, the Sendero is a very good platform giving you an excellent stock for long range work, it is stable, and in 25-06 you can shoot out as far as you want to try. Otherwise, Catshooter has it down very well.
For myself, I use a 8 twist 6mmBR for long range crows..... not quite as hard to kill as a coyote, but about the same as a fox.
