My son managed to get me out for some rock chuck shooting recently here in Washington. We shot from a friend's orchard, and zapped six chucks one morning. The orchard owner was pleased, and so were we. Son used the 35 year old 6mm Remington with 75 grain Sierra hollow points at a modest 3100 fps. I used a .204 Ruger with 40 gr V-Max bullets at 3800 fps. Both combinations were deadly:
