I know it's been a while since I posted this thread, but I saw I had a recent reply, and I decided to update it and let you know what's up.
I did end up buying the Berger 52s and they shoot great, loading them with a 0.020" jump to the lands over 34.3gr. Varget with a CCI BR2 primer. The average group now is 0.2-0.3" 3-shot @ 100 yds. last time I shot it (last summer) the size of the groups seemed to shrink slightly with each set.
The BC is not super hot, but the accuracy is great. The group size measured about 2.5" @ 450 yds. The group was strung out on the windage, the group's elevation was only about 0.75".
The performance is not super-explosive on varmints, although it is definitely satisfactory.
