471 shot

My longest shot to date. 471 yards .223 75gr Amax Savage 12 LRPV.
First shot hit the ground hog but he was still kicking
Shot #2 went 3'' high
Shot #3 hit home ground hog rolled down the hill

Congrats on your long shot. I recently got my longes kill on a pdog with the NXS 5.5-22X50 with help of the members recommendation.

JDY, I love the higher bc A-Max bullets, however, they just do not kill as well as the V-Max or Ballistic Tip bullets. Anyhow, great shot. I bet that fat hog would have been dead quickly if a 50grn v-max would have hit his big but.
