Sorry for the late response here!! very very busy this time of year.

I do not promote lumens claims as most are fake and extremely exagerated..

The Kill-light has a tighter beam that the nighteyes does therefore pushing it out about 50 yards farther in Identification possibilities in my opinion..

Battery life is about the same in either.

Lifetime warranty on the Kill-Lights and only a 3 year warranty on the Nighteyes.

Thanks! So, it seems the Kill light has a slight advantage over the Night eyes -- at least at distance.

Re: What lights are you guys using?

I carry Armytek Predator XP-G2. It's a nice looking light, very slender, black color matt anodized I believe, with a removable pocket clip and a lanyard. Also I ordered 18650's batteries. Everything needed to put it immediately into service.

I don't have much experience with all the different companies, but I like Armytek and can recommend this one.

I use sometimes a remote switch before shoot.

OK... I'm gonna show my ignorance here and ask whey they make the green LED lights for hunting.

I'm familiar with white lights making the most starkly bright images and the red lights being hard for the color blind predators to see but why the green?

By the way.... I just became aware of our right to hunt predators and hogs at night here in Florida on private land and am in the market for a scope mounted light.

1) Coyote Light
-
w/handle
-used as scanning light
2) Wicked Light
-w/scope mount
-pressure switch mounted to rifle stock

Lights listed above are a little pricey but well worth the $. Very well made, long battery life and worked for me in below zero weather. Wouldnt go back on this purchase.

Good luck and let us know when you get some fur on the ground.

Re: What lights are you guys using?

Flashlights is a very important part of your kit. I've seen cheaper lights break and fail under hard use and ruin trips.
I prefer to invest my money in a quality product that I know is bomb proof and will work every time I need it.
People should be less worried about cost and more worried about value.

I own Armytek Predator and happy with this purchase
