Home made handgun rear monopod

At 72 yrs old I am not a steady as I was once was, so I built this out of some 1/2 inch PVC, 1/2 inch all thread, three 1/2 nuts, three 1/2 slip on PVC caps and one sawed in two 1/2 inch male threaded PVC plug. For now the male plug is wrapped in tape for a snug fit. I will replace that with some 1 inch shrink tubing as soon as I pick some up. The 1/2 inch nut fits snug within the PVC slip on cap at the top and only requires to be pushed in place and the cap still can be glued to the tube.

Hope to test on some yotes this evening.
