Buffalo taken with a 475 revolver in Montana

Just curious....at what range did you shoot? and give us the specs on the pistol and load.

I estimated the distance to be about 100 yards but, my hunting partner estimated 80 yars so take your pick.
The load was Buffalo Bore 420 grain LFN hard cast bullet and of coures full penetration with the bullet exiting and blowing snow up into the air on the off side. The 475 is extremely effective as I found out back in 88 with a Moose and a bear
