.30 cal Aluminum tipped bullets for handguns

If anyone is shooting a .30 cal handgun with a 10" twist or better, you might want to try some of the Henson 180 grain bullets (even 212 or 220 if you have an 8" twist barrel) . They absolutely shot lights out in the 308 Wichita Silhouette pistol with varget powder and .050" off the lands. Contact him at Bullett33@hotmail.com .

James.

Don't have a 30 cal currently.
Thinking about a 300 Dakota, but have too many $ irons in the fire at the moment.

Ernie,

If the 7MMs come before you get a .30 barrel, we will get you some of those and if you get your .30 barrel, we will get you some of those as well.

Hello,

Okay, here goes...... I am sure this will stir the pot some, but the sea level velocity-derived BC we are going to advertise for the 220 Aluminum tipped bullets is .900+. The lowest BC we saw was above .900 but to be conservative we will standby .900.... You should always get greater than the .900 value when you conduct your testing. That is unless you are below sea level.

These bullets will not stabilize in a 10" twist at normal velocities and should be considered for single shots only unless you get some magazine well work done.

Again, the BC is .900+................ But under 1.000!

Contact me via email or PM or the bulletsmith at Bullett33@hotmail.com

Remember two t's in bullett

Hey guys,

The new longer dies for both the .338 and the .30 calibers have been shipped and should be on site Monday evening. If you have any ideas on bullet weights in those calibers that you would be interested in purchasing, contact the bulletsmith at Bullett33@hotmail.com

remember, 2 t's in bullett.

Hello,

When we were zeroing our gun at 400 yards a few days back, the 220s held slightly under .25 moa accuracy level with some cull bullets used for fouling the barrel. In other words, less than a click on the Nghtforce NXS.
