after realizing to whom I'm speaking with, you're an inspiration to people wanting to start with specialty pistols. I killed my first whitetail deer today with my Magnum Research Lone Eagle. Neither the range nor the buck were terribly impressive (20yds and 6 points) but it was fun until the moment where if was too excited and the deer too close to remember to put on my ear muffs. Thank you for your help, I will start by working on my technique with cheaper ammunition then moving to reloading.
