I would like to try this bullet in a 7 Mag and 7 STW. Thanks in advance.

Re: Will the Rem 9 1/4 twist stabalize the 162g A-Max?

I know of two guys shooting it in factory Rem tubes. One in a STW and one in a 7 Rem. Both are shooting lights out. I find it quite odd that the guy shooting the 24" Rem mag is getting more velocity than the 26" STW. The STW shoots little bugholes @ 2950 fps so the guy just didn't push it any more.

I´m having no problem in a factory rem 7 mag. even at 2850 ft/s.
