Have anyone tryed n-570 in 270 wsm with 140grs accubond?

Hi Vin,
I don't know much about the 270wsm but VVN570 works real well in my 7STW and 160gr Accubonds. I looked your choices up in Quick Load and it doesn't look like you have enough case capacity to do any good with that powder. The program could be wrong but thats it's indication. According to the program a better choice would be VVN 560, Alliant RL-22, MRP, Ramshot Magnum, IMR7828ssc. It shows charges in the mid 60gr range up to 70gr's for the slower powders. All powders listed show 98-100% propelent burnt in a 24" barrel and 3000 -3100+ fps MV. Like I said I like and use VVN-570 in my 7STW but I'm using 80gr's+ and it's a pretty slow powder. Don't know for sure but I hope this helps.

Have testet som loads.
70grs with N-570,accubond 140 grs,col 72,6mm.
1.3shot 13mm
2.3shot 10mm

Can't argue with those kind of groups. I ran your load (270wsm- 72.6mm oal- 70.0gr's of N570) with an estimated 66cm barrel length with quick load and here is it's estimated prediction; 925 m/s (3037fps)- pmax 3171 bar (45995psi) - 92% propellant burnt -100% fill. With a 250M zero at sea level it shows a 7cm rise at 100M and a 1M drop at 500M. Please let me know if these numbers are close to what your getting as generally quick load has been realitively accurate but occassionally off with it's estimated predictions.
