Widener's 168 gr. "Match" bullets

Does anyone know who makes these bulk bullets? Good price, but not too consistent. Weight varies from 168.2 to 169.9, and they look kinda rough.
My OAL comparator has them touching the lands at 2.915" OAL (.308 Win) vs. Sierra MKs at 2.835". I don't have a bullet comparator, or I'd probably have more bad news.

They'll probably be OK within 100 yds. or so...
