Yes, He could have saved you and himself lots of headache by buying Lapua, but you are right, some people just think about up front cost!
As far as tolerance goes, you should be readjusting it depending on size of case. 223's=.3 grain, 300 ulra=1 grain is good. Incidentally, this applies to powder charge increases obviously. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]
