Using SAAMI Reference Ammo

....pages 112 and 221 have some useful information on using and getting reference ammo. One coiuld use it with a chronograph to compare it's velocity to that of your handloads. If one's handloads are significantly lower than what the reference ammo produces, your barrel's internal dimensions along with the components and their assembly techniques are the reason why.
