Re: US 869 burn rate?

It is VERY close to the old H870. IMHO it is the same.

Re: US 869 burn rate?

Thanks Michael. I will work up loads with 870 data, starting with medium loads. The rifle I want to use it in is a .30 x .378 Wby in a MK V.

I appreciate the help, Tom

Tom
The Hodgdon web site has a considerable amount of load data for the 30 x 378 Weatherby.

Re: US 869 burn rate?

It's #116 from the http://www.hodgdon.com/burn-rate.html comparison chart. Good luck.
