starting to handload, is this a good deal?

starting to handload, is this a good deal?

i'd like to start handloading. i currently own nothing. i found this deal on ebay. would someone tell me if this would be a good start for me? if so, how high should i bid before it's not a good deal?

I'd have to agree. It's the older RCBS Equip. An extra 100 bucks could get you the rock chucker reloading kit...And all be new.
