Every batch of brass I get from Winchester for the last in large calibre always have dents in the casses, burrs in the mouth, I have even had a few that telescope the necks.
Does any of you guys finding this or am I the only one.

Yes, I have seen the same thing. It's even worse with yet Remington cases. Frequent problems with loose primer pockets. My buddies are seeing the same issues. I have gone almost exclusively to Lapua and Nosler , and Federal cases.

Sounds like real good advice.

Re: quality problems.
I have had up to 12% failure/reject rate with new Win. brass. I just contact customer dis-service, bitch about it, and they send coupons for another 100 brass. PITA, but still cheaper than the other options, and over all, really good brass.

Re: quality problems.
I have also notice that imported bulk packaged WW brass looks quote poor.
This situation was already over 10 years ago!

The guality of the brass over the past few years has gone down hill.
maybe ,now that the war in Irag is over, the manufactors of the cartridge cases will be of a better quality!

Re: quality problems.
You're looking in the wrong place when you expect perfection in any low cost, bulk bagged brass. Get some RWS or Laupua cases instead, you'll probably like that much better but you'll likely have to pay a tad more for it.
