Old powder

I may have ask this question before but don't remember the response if so.I have 5lb of X283 in sealed glass jars that I got from Alex Hoyer (most into long range hunting should remember him from the 6.5-300 Weatherby/Wright/Hoyer) years ago.Had loading data at one time but it apparently exited the premise. Anyone able to help or even hear of same?
Thanks
