No doubt that H380 has a following for the 22-250, and much history as well. That being said, it is a powder that is highly temperature sensitive - if you are planning to shoot in both hot and cold seasons, it may not be a good choice.

On a personal note, I never found an H380 load for my 22-250 that allowed it to shoot to its full accuracy potential. My rifle certainly doesn't fit the "everything else is secondary" statement.

Thanks for all the input. Loaded some at 40 gr and they were shooting low at 100 yards. Going to work my way up until I see sings of pressure.
