I grabbed some Power Pro Varmint based on the Hornady Manual but forgot the charges. Does anybody have it?

5.56mm Nato 22.0-24.9 grains

.223 Service Rifle 19.4-23.3

The 2013 Hodgden Annual manual has a couple of good articles for this caliber.

Picked mine up at Wally world the other day. 9$
