need help advice

finally made time to load some rounds for my 300 rum. the promblem ive run into is after resizing the case i don't have enough neck tention to hold the bullet when i seat it. these are redding compition dies type s . my father has been reloading for years but is not famlier with these dies and all the reloading ive done in the past has been pistol ammo on a dillion.do i need to buy another bushing for the sizing die to solve this thanks roger
