Need custom sizing die

I have a 22-243 ackley.
The barrel chamber is .460 at shoulder
should be .455 but my die makes it .450.
Who is the cheapest to make me a die from 3 fired cases?

I got a die set from Hornady for my 6.5 Sherman.
$190 for the sizer and seating die. I don't know the price of just the sizer.
The sizer uses Redding or Wilson bushings.
I have not used any others, but I really like mine.
It fits the brass so well and moves it so little that it is possible to easily run a case though with no lube. That may be common with custom dies, but it is a first for me.

Give this place a call their die may work
