Military Brass Percentage load reduction?

When using lake city or any other form of military brass. I know the brass is thicker so what is the standard i should use in reducing the load versus commercial brass?

Re: Military Brass Percentage load reduction?

Do the standard load practice technique.... start 10 % down and work up....
Thats 101..... ANY changes made to your load, even the lot of powder.

308 and '06 a couple of percent usually. 223 not much at all. As jokostel said, run the load from the start at 10% down from expected charge.
