Method of Reforming .308 Win to .250 Sav

I have some of Remington's URBR cases and would like to form them into .250 Savage cases. What would the steps to follow?

It would help if you had a 300savage fl die. You could size down to 300savage then trim the neck, then form to 250savage, then you will want to turn the necks and anneal them.
