Re: Lost river Ballistics are they real and has you guys used them?

I used them back in the mid 90's. Specifically the 375 250 gr out of my 378 Mag. I did realize 3200 fps with IMR 7828 but they have changed since then in design. That said the accuracy was lacking big time. I do not know if it was the gun or the bullet. Very spendy bullet and from what I gather from the rest of the fellas here definately not worth it.

Re: Lost river Ballistics are they real and has you guys used them?

I've used th4 J-36 in .277 and they worked great. I hear that they have swapped the metal tip for a plastic one and that the price came down a bit.

I used them on coyotes. Great for limited pelt damage. Exits were always about Quarter as in 25c size. They always opened regardless of distance out to 400 yds, that's all the farther I shot.
