Re: loads for 260 caliber

I'm shooting a .260 by GA Precision with either 139 Scenars or 130 Normas. It has a 26" broughton barrel. We shoot monthly F-class matches and my daughter is using this rifle with very good results.

I like H4350 for the .260. I got excellent accuracy with H4831SC, but low velocities. With H4350, I get good velocities and excellent accuracy.

I'm using 42.0 with a CCI primer in Remington brass. YMMV, and this may not be safe in your rifle, so you'll want to carefully work up to this.

Re: loads for 260 caliber

TY pressman.

2,850 fps at about 60oF.

We shoot 800, 900 and 1,000 yards every month with it at the Quantico F-Class matches, and I've had it back to 1,200 with good results.
