R22 is great in the 300WSM with 165s and 180s. H4831 works well with 150s and 165s. Lots of powders work well in this Cart

Good Luck

Sorry should of let you guys know on bullet. Looking at tring the TSX. i love the accuracy of the accubonds but had two fail on me in Alberta on a whitetail. It was a disaster. Looking at 150's but leaning toward the 165 168 or 180..

Re: Load Data for 300 WSM

Sorry I missed your post. I havent gotten back out to try at any longer ranges. I have been busy directing the timber cutters thinnning my pine trees on how to cut a straight path 50 foot wide and 900 yards long....ie new longer range shooting lane. I will probably try out the load and the new shooting lane this weekend and let you know how the load does out to 900. That is if I can hit anything that far...furthest shot so far is only 750.

I tried this powder bullet combo a little further today. Fired 3 rounds to verify 100yd zero with 71.7g vv560 and the 168 bergers using fed 215ms in winchester brass. Loaded these up fit the magazine and they are jumping pretty good. These first three shots went into a hole that measured .495 for a .187 center to center group.(if my math is right) Moved out to the 300 yd target fired 5 rounds with this load the group was close to 9/10ths but was actually a 3 in a cloverleaf a sliver of paper and two in one hole. Packed everything up off the bench and moved around to the other side of my place to shoot 500. No bench for my 500 yd shooting lane but I was shooting off my BR rest prone with a rear bag. I forgot to pull the target because I got busy on my cell phone but the group was between 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 inches which is probably better than I can hold. 93 degrees very little wind no pressure signs, hope it shoots this well in the fall when the temps start dropping. Be careful because I think this load is real close or over published max. Let me know if I can give you any further info that will help you out (I have the chrono data and COL tucked away somewhere), and let me know how it shoots for you.

This load performed great in my gun, tried this powder bullet combo with a reduced charge in Telkev's(another member here)reminton and the results were terrible. I think the four inch barrel difference is the problem, 24 vs 28 inch barrels. We tried a load straight out of the nosler data with 550 in his gun that showed a little promise, but ran out of time.
