Lapua or norma brass?

Lapua or norma brass?

Im going to get some brass for a build and need to know what is better and why?Thanks Lex

I tend to agree with this. But, Lapua is known for their top quality brass. If name recognition makes any difference for you, then go with Lapua.

As an example, I have 200 new Norma 6.5x284 cases that I got cheap. But, I also turned around about 300 Lapua cases which I will be using FIRST.

Both are very good. I prefer Lapua brass, cause it is easier to find and a little cheaper. For 6.5x284 Lapua per 100 is $100; Norma is $110.00. I try to stay from other makes of brass, as they require too much prep.

JB @ Accuflite had a price of 78 cents per case in that caliber. Not sure what his current price is, but I don't think it is more than $1.00/case.

I use both in my 6x284 and i like the lapua a little better but the norma is very good brass as well.
