I forgot to mention that everything was loaded on the spot same day. A direct comparison in other words.

Thanks so much for the tip.
I just checked the VAllEY POWDER web site: http://www.powdervalleyinc.com/
and sure enough they do have Norma MRP @ $19.00/lb.
Now I can start shooting that rifle again.
I have heard the RL22 is supposed to be the same exact powder as MRP except that the quality standards are higher with the MRP. This was told to me by a Norma rep. But regardless, I seem to get much better accuracey with the MRP then the RL22.

Vic,
Black Hills Shooters Supply has Norma but you will need to get your FFL dealer to order them as they sell to dealers only. 10 lb minimum but free shipping.
With my FFL, I arranged for a shipment to a buddy of mine in San Diego.
